Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use any service on xz77, a user must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
xz77 may request an identity document or other supporting documents for age verification. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.
2.2 Registration Requirements
When creating an account, the user must confirm that:
- All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
- They are opening the account in their own name and for their own benefit
- The account is not being opened on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
- Each individual may only operate one account
- The payment method used at registration must be in their own name
2.3 Duplicate Account Prohibition
If a single individual operates multiple accounts, xz77 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any collected bonuses. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered a duplicate account.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials — username and password — confidential. xz77 will never ask for your password by email or phone. If someone accesses your account without authorization, contact us immediately at [email protected].
xz77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a failure to secure an account, unless the incident was caused by a security flaw on xz77's own part.
3.2 Updating Information
Users must keep their account information — name, address, and contact details — up to date at all times. xz77 will not be liable for any service disruption or failed transaction caused by incorrect information.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
xz77 may request the following documents at any time for identity verification (Know Your Customer):
- Scan of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
- Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
Refusal to submit verification documents, or failure to complete verification, may result in suspended withdrawals or account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following methods are accepted for deposits on xz77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method. Deposits made in a third party's name or from an unknown source will not be accepted.
Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned, and the associated account may be subject to investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a request is approved, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit, although xz77 may allow exceptions in special cases. All withdrawals are subject to a security review.
Processing time: Generally within 1 hour. Additional time may be required during the verification process.
4.3 Transaction Cancellation & Rejection
xz77 reserves the right to reject or cancel any deposit or withdrawal request in the following cases:
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Incomplete account verification
- Bonus conditions not met
- Technical issues or limitations from a banking partner
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
xz77 offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳26,000 → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus must be wagered 15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
All game types are valid for meeting wagering requirements, though some games may count at a different rate toward bonus wagering. Contact the support team for details.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
xz77 considers the following activities to be bonus abuse and may forfeit the bonus and close the account in such cases:
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
- Multiple family members using the same offer
- Providing false information to obtain bonus benefits
- Using technical methods to circumvent bonus conditions
5.4 VIP Program
xz77's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. The benefits of each tier are set by xz77 and are subject to change.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
xz77 reserves the right to reject any bet without reason. Bets accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.
For sports betting, markets are generally settled based on the result of the match or event. In the case of a disputed result, xz77's decision will be considered final.
6.2 Game Errors
If an incorrect payout is displayed due to a technical error or software bug in any game, xz77 reserves the right to void that payout. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the user's balance.
6.3 Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities
7.1 General Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xz77 platform:
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Fraud, deception, or providing false information
- Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence
- Using software to exploit the gaming system
- Attempting to access another user's account information
- Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against xz77
- Publishing inappropriate, offensive, or hateful content on the platform
7.2 Match Fixing
xz77 is committed to protecting sports integrity. Any bet identified as being connected to match fixing or organized manipulation will be immediately voided and the associated account will be permanently closed.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 In Case of Service Disruption
xz77 strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service. However, service may be temporarily unavailable or limited due to technical issues, third-party software problems, internet connectivity disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such situations, xz77 is not obligated to provide any financial compensation, unless the loss is proven to be a direct result of xz77's own negligence.
8.2 Third-Party Liability
xz77 is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party game providers, payment providers, or other external services. The user's gaming decisions and betting outcomes are entirely the user's own responsibility.

- Illegal or unethical activity
